Obituary
Robert Edward Fletcher, 79, of Lake of the Woods, passed away Sunday March 25, 2012 at his residence.
Bob was born on December 22, 1932 in Passaic, NJ, the son of the late Edward and Margaret (Mitchell) Fletcher. He was a US Army Veteran, a retired supervisor from the New York Transit Authority, NYC, a member of the American Legion, a member of the Rappahannock Area CASA in Fredericksburg and a supporter/actor of the LOW Players. He was a member of the Lake of the Woods Church.
Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife of 58 year, Louise P. Fletcher, his daughter Louise A. Fletcher and Sam Rollins of Stafford, his grand children, Heather and her husband Scott Withall and Scott Lamond, his great granddaughter Madelynn Withall.
A memorial Service will be conducted 1:00 PM Friday March 30, 2012 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home 10127 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania. Burial will be private.
Memorials may be made to the Lake of the Woods Rescue Squad 104 Lakeview Parkway, Locust Grove, VA, 22508.
