Rocco Joseph Marchese, 46, of West Palm Beach, Florida, formerly of the Orange and Culpeper area, passed away Thursday June 22, 2006 at his residence from a long struggle with the disease of alcoholism.
Mr. Marchese was an avid fisherman and boat enthusiast and was always at peace on the water.
He is the son of the late Rocco J. Marchese and is survived by his wife, Sheila Marchese of West Palm Beach, Fl., his son, Rocco J. Marchese III of Bealton , his mother, Joan K. Marchese of Locust Grove, his two sisters, Cynthia M. Orsborne and her husband Clay of Locust Grove and Jean M. Elliott and her husband Chuck of Culpeper; also two nephews and one niece. He also leaves behind his two dogs Bear and Missy.
A funeral service will be conduced 11:00 am Thursday June 29, 2006 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. and 6:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
