Ronald Lee Booher, Sr.,70, of Spotsylvania Country passed away Sunday October 31, 2010 at his residence.
He was born February 4, 1940 in Bristol TN, a son of the late Wesley Edwin and Nellie Holden Booher. He was a retired customer service manager for K.Hovnanian Builders. He was also a member of the VFW, American Legion and the Moose Lodge.
Mr. Booher is survived by his wife, Phyllis J. Booher, his son and his wife, Ronald Lee Booher, Jr. and Robbin of Spotsylvania, his two daughters, Yvonne Booher of Lorton and Cora Fabricius and her husband Chuck of Raleigh, NC. Seven grandchildren; Nina, Lacey, A.J., Judy, C.J., Hannah and Rebecca; also four great-grandchildren; Madison, Skylar, Lylah and Sam, Jr. He is also survived by a brother, Robert Harper of Raleigh, NC and a sister, Mildred Fastnaught of Snow Camp, NC. He was predeceased by a son, Randy Wade Booher.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm till 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. A Funeral Service will be conduct at 1:00 pm at the Funeral Home by Pastor Clyde Duncan. Burial will be private.
