Rosa (Delano) Balderson, 83, of Fredericksburg went to her heavenly home, Friday, July 14, 2017 with her loving family near her. Born on December 27, 1933, Rosa was the daughter of Roland H. and Sarah (Sanders) Delano. Rosa married Leonard Jessie "LJ" Balderson in 1954. They moved to Spotsylvania County in 1980 from Northumberland County. Rosa is survived by her husband LJ, daughter Barbara Ann Bledsoe (Dan); sister, Eleanor Butler; and three grandchildren, Rose Ellen, Anne Marie and Blaine Bledsoe. Graveside services in Laurel Hill Memorial Park will be private.
