Ruth Victoria Kulp passed away on May 27,2003 at the age of 87. Mrs. Kulp was active in the past teaching Sunday School and other church work. She is survived by her husband Joseph Richard Howerter Kulp and three daughters Joanne Roberta Spinks of Paeonian Springs, Va, Alice Crescinda Kulp of Locust Grove, Va and Eleanor Katurah Cutshaw and her boyfriend Jeff Sisk of Fredericksburg, Va; and one son David Richard Kulp and his wife Joyce of Locust Grove, Va. Mrs. Kulp is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Rev.
