Sallie H. Maddox, 93, formerly of Spotsylvania, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at Lignum Manor.
She was retired from C&P Telephone Co. (Verizon) and a member of Lael Baptist Church in Lignum.
Mrs. Maddox was the widow of Robert Maddox and is survived by her brother-in-law, Henry Simmons of Lignum her nephew and his wife, Jack and Nancy Walker and their children, Patti and Greg, her niece and her husband, Brenda and Wayne Willingham and their daughter, Dawn and her niece Helen Brookman and her children, Pat, Rebecca and Mike. She is also survived many other loving relatives.
A celebration of life service will be held at12 noon Monday, March 26, 2007 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends' one-hour prior to the service. Internment will be at Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
