Scott was united in marriage to Sheila E. Talley-Williams on September 20, 2014 in Fredericksburg. Scott would say he married the woman of his dreams, but if you ask her, she says she married the man of her dreams. ".I have found the one whom my soul loveth." Songs of Solomon 3:4. They had the perfect marriage. They laughed and prayed together. They both had a special love for animals. At one point in their home, they had six dogs and one cat, and even talked about buying horses, and putting a petting zoo on their property. They had a special kind of bond and their love was unconditional.
