Shane Alan Watson, 46, of Spotsylvania passed away on May 20th, 2024 at VCU medical center after a long term illness. Shane was born December 27th, 1977 in Washington DC to his l parents Alan Kline Watson and Donna Norton Kines.

Shane loved anything with wheels, his love for cars and racing was known to anyone who knew him. He loved spending time with his crazy family, and going to the beach. Shane deeply loved his four bullies, especially his unruly girl Cleo who was always his #1. He especially loved taking sunset boat rides on the bay at Solomon's Island.

Shane is predeceased by his father Alan Watson, mother Donna Kines, sister Sharon Hall, and grandparents Fran and Doris Federline.

Shane is survived by his wife Jennifer Watson, children Trevor(Kierra) Watson of Richmond, Skylar(Tim Rogowski) Watson of Spotsylvania, Tristan Watson of Spotsylvania. His father Archie Kines, and his nieces and nephews that he considered bonus children Zack(Erica) Hall, Hunter(Ashley Staymates) Hall, Kenzie(Tyler Sharpe) Hall, and Hope Agosto of Spotsylvania and grandchildren Sawyer Rogowski and Aleia Watson. As well as his brother David Watson, brother-in-law Dustin Wills, and father-in-law Larry Wills.

A celebration of life will be held to honor Shane Watson on Wednesday, May 29th, 2024. If you have a car that burns tires please bring it for Shane. For service location and time please reach out to the family.
