Sheryl Joyce Foster, 63, of Locust Grove, passed away Saturday Sept 23, 2006 at her residence.
Ms. Foster was a graduate of Estelline High School, in Estelline S.D. and was a retired Navy Sr. Chief Officer in the United States Navy.
She is survived by her father and step-mother, Lloyd and Ann Foster of Estelline S.D., her life partner, Marge Timko, her two brothers and their wives, Lowell Lee Foster and Carol of MN and Craig Leon Foster and Lujean of IA and many nieces and nephews and a host of loving friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and brother, Geraldine Foster and Jay Lynn Foster.
A funeral service will be conducted 2:00pm Saturday, September 30, 2006 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
