Brannan, Shirley A., 88, of Oklahoma, formerly of Virginia, passed away on February 15th 2025. She is preceded in death by her parents John and Eva Zelenski, Husband Clifton E. Brannan, Daughter Kathleen Litecky, Son Joseph Brannan, Brother Stanley Zelenski, Sisters Doris Schlueter and Francis Fiege. Shirley is survived by her children, Anthony Brannan, Richard Brannan, Christie Mason, Susan Payne, 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Shirley was an avid bowler and loved to sip a glass of wine and watch NCIS. Above all, Shirley loved the Baltimore Orioles.

Services will be held for Shirley on March 13th, at Laurel Hill Memorial Park, 10127 Plank Rd. Spotsylvania, VA 22553. Visitation will begin at 12 noon and will be followed by a graveside service at 2. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society P.O.
