Mrs. Forbes passed away at her residence in Spotsylvania, Virginia. Mrs. Forbes is survived by her husband of 43 years Calvin Forbes USMC RET. one son, John Forbes of Denver, CO. and one daughter Janet Vanvickle of Stafford VA. and 4 Grandchildren. Mrs. Forbes retired as principal of the Chancellor Elementary School. The family will receive friends Thursday October 17, 2002 from 7-8:30 PM at Laurel Hill Funeral Home. Internment will be private.
