V. Dwight Bailey
Dwight Bailey, 81, of Fredericksburg went to be with the Lord on May 21, 2011 surrounded by family and in the embrace of his daughter. This much loved father, grandfather and great grandfather is survived by his devoted daughter, Trena Bailey Harris and son Jeff W. Bailey. Trena had been his care giver and spoiler for the last three years. He also leaves to cherish his memory six grandchildren, Kyle Campbell, Courtney Bailey, Ian Bailey, Karah Bailey, Blake Bailey and Heather Seibert and great grandchildren, Jasmine Harris, Garrett Bailey, Carter Bailey and Ryleigh Jenks. He was preceded in his trip to Heaven by his wife, the love of his life for 56 years; Barnelle F. Bailey and a grandson, Ryan Campbell. His parents were the late Virgil and Janie Bailey of Lester W.Va. A memorial service will be held at Fairview at River Club on Wednesday May 25 at 2:00, officiating will be Pastor Dee Whitten. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial gifts are made to Mary Washington Hospice. The family thanks Hospice for their exceptional kindness and care during the most difficult of times. They are truly some of the angels we can see.
