Vincent "Vinny" Amore went to be with the Lord peacefully at his home surrounded by his family, November 29, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife and best friend Leslie Amore, his children Cameron and Gianni Amore, Kyleigh, Aiden and Addison Fisher and Cydney White. Father and Step Mother Sal and Faith Amore, brother Sal Amore, sisters Amanda and Taylor Amore. Sister in law's Heather Amore, Priscilla and Jamie Click and brother in law Greg Click. Nieces Faith, Alyssa and Aubrey Amore, Tayiha Childs, Allison and Avery Click, Laci Owens, Lindsay and Hailee Roberts. Nephews Caiden Sivak, Khalil Childs and Mason Click. Great niece Kinley Gue. Father and Mother in law Darrell and Kathy Click. Grandmother Jean Boyd.

He is preceded in death by his mother Maryann Amore, grandparents Ernie Boyd and Vincent and Antoinette Amore.

Vinny was a devoted husband, loving and supportive father and a great friend to many. He had a strong faith that did not waiver even on his darkest days. He was selfless with his time and always wanted to give more than receive. It only took one time meeting him to feel the genuineness of his heart.

Vinny loved being on or near the water, spending time antique shopping and traveling with his wife, being in the stands of a baseball or football game cheering on his sons or listening to the screaming from their rooms as they played video games. He patiently waited each day to hear the latest drama or gossip from his daughters and their friends. There was no place he would rather be than home with his family in the middle of the chaos.

He enjoyed restoring classic cars with his brother and father, a tradition he wants his boys to continue with. He will forever be loved, cherished and missed by all that knew him. Our hearts will have a missing piece until we meet again.

A graveside service will be held at Laurel Hill Memorial Park, 10127 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania, VA on Wednesday, December 4th at 10 AM. Please meet graveside by 9:50 AM.
