Walter Knodel's Obituary
Walter Knodel died Friday, June18th at Mary Washington Hospital in Fredericksburg, Va. Walter is survived by his 10 brothers; Edward A. Knodel, Ruben Knodel, Floyd A. Knodel, Raymond H. Knodel, Norbert Knodel, Erwin C. Knodel, Donald L. Knodel, Darel Knodel, Earl Knodel, and Herman H. Knodel, two sisters; Pearl and Delores.
Mr. Knodel was a retired U.S. Army Veteran and a retired Librarian from the Library of Congress.
A visitation and memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 24, at 10am (memorial service at 10:30 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Spotsylvania. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Spotsylvania County Rescue Squad
