Waunita J. Longshore, 43, of Fredericksburg, passed away Friday, February 24, 2006 at her residence.
Mrs. Longshore graduated from Hastings High School in Hastings, NE in 1980 and from the Joseph School of Beauty in August of 1982. She married Larry Longshore in 1983 and worked with him as the Vice President of L.J. Longshore Enterprises. She attended Resurrection Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband Larry Longshore, her three children, Brandon J. Longshore of Baltimore, Nicole M. and Amie K. Longshore at home; her father and mother, Lloyd and Maxine Sandoe of Hastings, NE, her brother, Allen Sandoe of Hastings, NE,her paternal grandmother, Zelma Sandoe of Hastings, NE.; her father and mother -in-law, Paul and Darlene Longshore of Salisbury, MD; her brothers-in-law, Randy Longshore, of Charlotte, NC, Michael Longshore, of Potomac MD and Darrell Longshore, of Mesa Arizona; her sisters-in-law, Debra Clifford, of Hebron, MD and Karla Woods, of Greeley, CO.. Her sister, Janice Glover, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3 PM Monday, February 27, 2006 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home, Spotsylvania. Rev. Kevin Wackett will officiate. Internment will be at Laurel Hill Memorial Park. Following the graveside service there will be a reception for family and friends at the home. The family will also receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday evening at the funeral home.
