William Amous Owens 61, of Partlow VA passed on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
William was born on February 4, 1956 to Ollis Odell Owens and Beatrice Agusta (Roughton) Owens in Portsmouth, VA. He was a former employee of Jones' Site Work in Spotsylvania. William leaves behind his girlfriend Honey Sue Marx, two sisters, Sarah (Owens) Languell and her husband John, Mary Ellen (Owens) Campbell and her husband Gene, one brother J.A. Owens and his wife Celeste, one son Chris Owens and his wife Danielle, step-daughter Jennifer Combs and husband Ken. William was preceded in death by his wife Deloris Marie (West) Owens.
Graveside memorial services will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday April 19 th at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
