Obituary
Yvonne Holman Wentworth, 57, of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away Friday, April 8, 2011 at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg.
She was born on November 2, 1953 in Elgin, IL, the daughter of the late George and Kathleen (Flynn) Pitelka. She was formerly of Slidell, LA before moving to Fredericksburg. She was employed with Child Protective Services as a counselor in Louisiana and in Arizona.
Mrs. Wentworth is survived by her husband Clarence L. Wentworth III, her two sons, Karl Holman and Timothy Holman, her step-son Joshua L. Wentworth of Poplarville, Mississippi, her brother, George Pitelka Jr. of Phoenix Arizona and her sister Cindy Mach of Chicago, IL.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Saturday April 16, 2011 at Laurel Hill Funeral Home by Pastor Colin Howell. Burial will be in Laurel Hill Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service (2:00 pm to 3:00 pm).
